## Review This book comes by way of its association with James Clear, with whose publishing company (?) the author worked. It separates *thoughts* from *thinking*. Thoughts are neutral and about the present, whereas thinking is generally negative and about the past or future. I'm not sure I buy this yet. Seems like the book could be summarized as: **Enough suffering, don't think about it!** This is a book about mindfulness which doesn't once use the word. Instead they've calling it "non-thinking". This book feels like it espouses a message that some very specific people would need to hear... but I don't think that person is me. I've heard this same stuff before told better. ## Notes ```dataview LIST FROM [[#]] ``` ---
