[[Pomodoro Technique 🍅|Pomodoros]] and [[Time Blocking|time block]]/[[Timeboxing]] aren't *really* about "time". It's not enough to sit down and turn on a timer. It's about the ultimate productivity tip: [[Index Card - Productivity|consistently make time to focus on progressing one important thing.]]
- **Selection**
- [[What's Important Now]]
- **Space**
- making room in your day
- make room in your mind
- **Execution**
- [[Do what you can, with what you have, where you are right now]]
- In a [[Meditation|meditative]] way: notice your mind wandering off task, try to understand why, pull it back if you can
- **Reflection**
- did you do the thing? [[Don't leave things stuck]]
- update your systems

I'm experimenting with [[Ongoing Capture]] of work blocks using my [[Bullet Journaling|Bullet Journal]] and/or my [[Obsidian Journal]].
