Time Tracking is the practice of [[Capturing Logs]] of hope you use your time. It's the first thing I did that sent me down the whole Productivity / Quantified self path. There is a very direct line from a speaker in college to my [[PDW]].
Most methods involve bucketing your activities to some form for the purpose of analysis, e.g. the [[Commitment Inventory]].
# Methods
The least strict version of this is the [[Captain’s Log]] method. It doesn’t require a grid-based capture. It does not expect you to bucket your activities up.
