"Sprints", as they are called in the [[Scrum]] methodology, aren't probably called the right thing. You don't really want to "sprint". Sprinting is not sustainable in the long term. You don't actually _go_ that far if you're trying to sprint repeatedly. People who hike don't sprint. You don't marathon by running as fast as possible then stopping. The point of a sprint is that it's short, yes, but short doesn't mean "at an unsustainable pace". If that particular approach to [[Agile]] is meant to be a long-term [[Management Operating System]], it's not called the right thing. I don't know what it should be called. The point is that you're working toward making [[Minimum Viable Progress]] that you can then stop and assess, ideally so that your [[Empirical]] results will give you the [[Feedback is Key to Learning|feedback]] to see if your approach is working. **** # More ## Source - [[Effortless]] ## Related - [[Slow is Smooth, Smooth is Fast]]
