A concept from "[[Built to Move]]" that I liked, re-wilding your body is the idea that you should return to nature with how you *move*. It's sort of like the [[Paleo Diet]], but aimed at how we sit, move, and clothe ourselves.
Examples:
- Sit more on the floor, less in chairs
- Sit less overall, move frequently
- Don't wear shoes, and when you do wear flat-soled shoes.
- Do [[Slavic Squat]]s
