> [!tldr] We almost never interact with the true essence of a thing, instead we observe projections of a thing
Warning: this gets into [[Epistemology]] pretty quickly.
Only the most abstract concepts are we able to really perceive for what they are - for everything else we are limited to a finite and incomplete *projection* of things.
[[Not everything is a projection]], but most things are. There's the [[Physical Interpretation of Projection]]. Also [[Data are Usually Projections]].
[[URI]]s can point to conceptual objects, or they can point to projections of those objects.
