I don't think my "perfect day" is all that hard to articulate. It would consist of a heavy majority of these things: - Have a 3 hour [[deep work]] session in a goal-oriented project - Skip breakfast and have a nice black coffee - Go for a 15 minute walk outside, probably early in the day - Wake up ~8 hours after trying to fall asleep - [[Oral Health|Brush & floss]] after lunch and before bed - Do a ~45 minute workout in accordance with a plan - Spend ~45 minutes to do maintenance on your house, finances, digital assets, or whatever - Spend ~45 on errands and chores - Spend time with somebody you like - Take time to simply appreciate the good things - Eat food you've made yourself from whole ingredients - Don't drink alcohol Any day that I accomplish roughly half of them tends to be a good day. **** # More ## Source - self, amalgamated from many others
