The counterpart to the slightly-more-commonly-considered [[Morning Routine]], a nighttime routine is something we all have, too; and applying some level of [[intentionality]] to them can result in positive outcomes. This is an area I definitely struggle with, personally.
Some aspects that might be part of a good nighttime routine:
- **Screens off** - a certain number of hours before bed, start a screen moratorium
- Alt **Blue Light Blockers** on
- **Reading** - a physical real book
- **Tea** - making tea, non-[[Caffeine Content|caffeinated]] tea, is nice
