A script to run through when you're feeling low energy, lethargic, unhappy, and/or generally bad for no obvious, acute reason:
- How did you sleep last night & the night before?
- How long has it been since you moved?
- How long has it been since you properly exercised?
- How long has it been since your last healthy meal?
- How long has it been since you did something fun with someone else?
- Are you unconsciously thirsty, hungry, or dealing with some physical pain?
