This is a [[Meta Cognition]] note. I am rereading [[Thinking Fast and Slow]]. Last time I read this book was 5 years ago. I've read 100+ books since. The bat costs $1 more than the ball. How much did the ball cost? ``` However, _immediately_ upon "a ball and a bat cost" on this read through my brain jumped out with "**5 CENTS**", which is the correct answer I failed to realize 5 years ago.[^1] **** # More ## Source - self ## Related - [^1]: this apparently put me into a "majority of people" who were asked this question in the study
