[[Andrew Huberman]] is a guy who doesn't just do whatever is in front of him next. He walked through his daily routine in the 2025-05-22 podcast and this is a summary of what it includes.
- Wake - he writes down the time to help time other things
- Walk outside
- Get caffeine
- 90 minute deep work, phone off
- Exercise
- Break the fast (with lunch), light on carbs and calories
- ...from there it gets more unstructured. Additional working sessions. Whatever else needs to be done.
- Dinner is higher in carbs and calories
- Avoid bright lights
- Sleep
I really like the wake → walk → work → workout sequence. Days where I follow this structure are good days.
