This list is self-assembled, based on my opinion gleamed from many sources over the years. Some of the primary ones are linked below. These drinks, in proper moderation, are generally preferred for good [[Health is Vague|health]] outcomes:
- **Water** - particularly purified water, through something like a reverse-osmosis filter
- **Black Coffee** - anywhere between 0 to ~3 cups per day, so long as you're not exceeding daily [[Caffeine Content]] limits
- **Unsweetened Tea** - tea not including added sugars, like green tea, black tea, etc
- **Infused Water** - e.g. lemon water and other [[Infused Water Recipes]]
- **Sparkling Water** - there's nothing inherently wrong with bubbly water like what you'd find in soda, it's the _rest_ of the soda that's the issue. You can self-infuse sparkling water to give yourself a healthy [[Treats|treat]].
- **Some Kombuchas** - especially those you make yourself, but mindful of added sugars
There's a lot of options up there to keep you [[Hydration|hydrated]] and not bored.
Not coincidentally these are the list of drinks I _don't_ track in the [[PDW]], where I have historically claimed to have only tracked "not healthy" drinks.
