There was a company that was pursuing the development of something that was vaguely iPhone-esque, way in advance of the iPhone. They had tons of money, very bright individuals who were given almost *no constraints*.
They had all sorts of really great and innovative ideas.
They never really [[Focus]]ed on anything. They never constrained themselves in any real way.
All their big ideas and ambitions wound up producing *nothing*.
It was the Eden of Hubris.
