This is a term coined by [[Svyatoslav Kotusev]], but could really be applied to any _planning_ process. You can either by highly specific, but relatively near-term, or you can be vague but long-term. You cannot be both highly specific and long-term. Also, being vague and near-term doesn't really do any good for anyone.
