> [!tldr] My [[Daily Post It]] + [[Rapid Logging]] habit My [[Daily Post It]] practice has moved away from a physical post-it, and instead become a [[Block Oriented versus Page Oriented|block]] at the top of a dated section of my notebook. I've done this at work for the better part of a decade. I started mimicking the habit in my personal [[Bullet Journaling|Bullet Journal]] earlier this year. It's been a great [[Keystone Habit]] and companion to my [[PDW|Data Journal]] and [[Obsidian Journal]]. ![[IMG_9983 Medium.jpeg]] **** # More ## Source - self
