Dr. Andrew Huberman is a professor of neurology and ophthalmology at Stanford. He began the [[Huberman Labs]] podcast during covid to bring low-cost or no-cost tools and information to help people optimize their life. He's had on his podcast the authors of many books I've read & noted on here.
