# Rules
Every day you must:
1. Drink 1 gallon of water
1. Unflavored
2. Perform 2 workouts of 45 minutes
1. One must be outside
3. Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book
1. With your eyes, not your ears
4. Follow a diet
1. Whatever diet you like
5. No alcohol
6. Take a progress picture
