Meant to be done as a [[Bullet Journal Modules#Collections|Collection]] in a bullet journal, the 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, gap-setting exercise is meant to help align your [[Six Horizons of Focus|short and long-term]] ambitions. Make 4 horizontal lines across the page, creating 5 sections: 5 years from now 4 months from now 3 weeks from now 2 days from now 1 hour from now I really like _those_ particular splits, actually. They are different than the typical spread you’d see, but they work just as better and may be actually _better_. Especially the 2 days and 3 weeks alignment. And obviously spurring the action with the next 1 hour bit. **** # More ## Source - [[The Bullet Journal Method]] ## Related - [[Six Horizons of Focus]]
